- Inspect. There is no better way to accurately appraise a property than to go and see it! So our very first step will be to arrange to view the property to ensure we have a detailed knowledge and understanding of it.
- Lease. We will review the lease to ascertain the income profile of the investment.
- Appraisal. After inspecting the property and reviewing the lease, we will be in a position to give you a more detailed appraisal of the investment. We will provide our opinion of the “saleability” and likely achievable price.
- Marketing. Every property is unique and we believe so should our marketing strategy. As well as being advertised across our online platforms, we will make the details available to our extensive list of investors that we know are active in the market.
- Negotiations. Once a preferred purchaser has been identified, we will negotiate with them on your behalf and ensure the sale completes in an efficient and timely manner.
