Angus Thomson, MRICS

Angus has considerable experience in Commercial Property and has advised many landlords and tenants across central Scotland. He built FT Property Consultants into a respected agency practice which recently featured in the Estates Gazette (13/03/10). He is hard working, focussed, and has a hands on, innovative approach to each transaction. Since 2009 FT Property has transacted over 235,000 sq ft through various agency and investment disposals, acquisitions and lease renewals.
Angus is a pro active, highly motivated individual who takes a fresh approach to agency instructions. He is an invaluable resource for leasehold and heritable commercial property disposals. In his spare time Angus enjoys sailing, adventure racing and has recently sea kayaked across the Irish Sea unsupported raising over £10,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

John Lindsay, MRICS

John has worked in the commercial property sector since 2001. After three years with CB Richard Ellis in London he moved into the institutional fund management sector with CBRE Investors and subsequently ING REIM. Whilst at CBREi John worked on the Falcon PUT, a specialist industrial fund. At ING his role was to source, analyse and transact property acquisitions on behalf of the managed funds. In 2007 at the market peak John resigned from the ING Acquisitions team in order to gain an additional MSc qualification. After this he returned to Scotland to work in Edinburgh where he further broadened his offer by training as an Energy Assessor on the RICS approved training programme. He established Linden Property Ltd in 2009 and since then has successfully won a number of high-profile instructions. John has extensive experience of appraising & reporting on property investments. He has a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach to investment analysis whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail. In his spare time John enjoys playing the bagpipes, rugby and hill walking.

John Morton, MRICS

John is a well known face in the commercial property investment market in Scotland and has advised clients on numerous acquisitions and disposals across all of the main property sectors. He originally spent six years at Ryden Property Consultants in Edinburgh where he developed a solid understanding of the investment market and established a significant network of property agent contacts. John is a highly motivated individual and constantly strives to deliver the best results for his clients, through his attention to detail, strong analytical techniques and excellent market knowledge. These traits coupled with his friendly and approachable attitude ensure the highest quality client care. In his spare time, John enjoys skiing, travelling, squash and playing golf.
